Our Offering, Our Services

Our services

Master planning

We develop master plans grounded in a clear understanding of the broader strategic and regional context, alongside detailed site analysis to identify opportunities and constraints. Through close consultation with key stakeholders and community, we shape directions that are informed, realistic and supported. Concepts are tested and refined through clear planning frameworks and 3D visualisations, helping to communicate ideas and bring future places to life.

Concept design

Our concept design balances creativity with a clear understanding of how projects are built in real places. We explore ideas that respond to the character of the site, carefully considering materials, durability and maintenance alongside environmental and cultural constraints. Innovation is guided by experience, ensuring concepts are both engaging and grounded — with the technical clarity needed to carry them confidently through to delivery.

Detailed design and documentation

Our detailed design translates concepts into clear, coordinated documentation ready for construction. We bring strong technical capability across materials, detailing and compliance, ensuring designs are resolved, durable and buildable. We work closely with specialist subconsultants, managing inputs across disciplines to maintain quality and consistency. Through tender and construction, we remain involved — providing advice, reviewing details and supporting delivery to ensure the outcome reflects the design intent and performs as intended.

Interpretation and art curation

Our in-house team designs and curates interpretation and art that are embedded within the landscape, shaping a layered and immersive experience. Stories are expressed through form, material and spatial moments, creating opportunities to engage the senses and invite discovery. We focus on clear, visual communication that can be understood across languages, ensuring interpretation is accessible, inclusive and integrated — not applied.

Stakeholder and community consultation

We see consultation as an essential part of the design process. Working with internal teams, community members, user groups and Traditional Owners, we approach each engagement with respect and a focus on listening. These conversations provide valuable insight into the history of a place, how it is used, and what matters most to the community. This understanding helps shape designs that respond to real needs, reflect local values and identify opportunities that may not be immediately visible.

3D modelling and visualisation

Our in-house team creates clear, immersive 3D models and visualisations that communicate design intent with precision. Using integrated modelling and rendering tools, we produce still images, walk-throughs and fly-throughs that allow designs to be experienced from multiple perspectives. These visualisations support engagement, testing and decision-making, with the flexibility to refine ideas in real time. The model continues through detailed design and documentation, supporting coordination and efficient delivery on site.

Project management

We have qualified project managers in-house, bringing experienced oversight to every project. With a strong foundation in landscape architecture, we coordinate multi-disciplinary teams with clarity and care, managing scope, programme and communication to keep projects on track. Our approach is practical and considered, supporting consistent delivery and well-resolved outcomes.

Landscape management

Our work in land management is informed by extensive experience developing design manuals recognised as industry benchmarks and used as the foundation for broader frameworks. This brings a deep understanding of the layers required to support successful places — from planning and design through to operations and maintenance. We consider how sites will be managed over time, ensuring outcomes are resilient, practical and continue to be valued and enjoyed by future generations.
